TritBot was founded with a simple vision: to bring the future of service robotics to the UK. After witnessing how widely delivery robots are already being used in Asia — from hotels to apartment buildings — we recognised that the UK hospitality and property sectors were falling behind.
With over seven years’ experience in the UK real estate industry, our founder Felix saw first-hand the challenges hotels, Build-to-Rent operators, and residential buildings face with staffing, security, and customer service. Alongside Alex, our CTO with a strong background in technology and data science, and Ryan, our China-based partner managing supplier relationships, we built TritBot to close the gap.
Our mission is to make service robots — like our flagship ButlerBot — a seamless, reliable, and cost-effective part of everyday life in UK buildings. We believe robots should enhance human service, never replace it, by taking on repetitive tasks and freeing staff to focus on what matters most: people.
